Cheese Tasting Class

So that is my class - of course we all have hat head so be warned
these are all of the cheeses we tried

and this I believe is the one I was allergic to Rouqefort (sp?) not good - not good at all - it was almost instant - thank goodness a classmate was urging me to take benedryl the minute I said something is not right - all is good now and thankfully it was the very last cheese we tried
